      Healthy and organic alternatives, friendly people, many good co-workers

      No strategic direction, spinning in multiple directions without any path or guidelines Company claims to be transparent - this is not true! A lot of people are over worked and burnt-out Some people and departments get way more flexibility than others -There is a lot of favouritism in this company Empty/ broken promises

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
