      - Exciting industry with great growth.

      Cons

      - Does not value its employees, sets them up to fail with absolutely no training, poor compensation, zero retention strategy, and no regard for organizational health - Company does not "Walk the 'organic' Walk", we don't even recycle! - Senior Management is extremely inaccessible, communication is severely lacking - No Visionary Leadership

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
