      Nice office Good medical and dental plan

      Worst work-life balance Employees not rightfully rewarded High turnover rate Every couple of years, a significant percentage of employees will be let go despite al their hard work. They just walk you out the door which is not the right way to treat people with respect. If you’re stuck with the wrong manager, your career is pretty much over

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
