Pros
The facility is nice. Natural lighting and open spaces. Decent pay for long Island. Plenty of work to keep you busy.
Cons
Very low morale. There was constant bickering and finger pointing that lead nowhere. Constant role changes and people quitting, which leads to confusion about who will fill their shoes. Very obvious disconnect between upper management and employees. Even if you stay positive in such an atmosphere you will likely grow tired of listening to the non constructive complaints and all of the petty politics.
