      New executive management team that is executing a new internal structure and implementing a strong the go to market strategy. Opportunity to join the team and be a voice as they have proven to be able to quickly turn around short term success plans.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
