Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that you appreciated the work-life balance, PTO, and supportive colleagues. We recognize that compensation and career growth are important, and while we strive to offer competitive pay and development opportunities, we understand there is always room for improvement.
Leadership changes can bring challenges, and we know that we went through a period of significant leadership change in 2024. We are in a much more stable position as a result. We appreciate your feedback around how it felt for you and continue to look for new and better ways to engage cross-functionally and internationally. We have an annual salary review process for all employees based on fair and consistent prinicples. There are instances when people are paid at the top of a pay range for their role and are not eligible for increases, but commission plans will always scale each year and you have the ability to earn based on your performance - however, we do not know the individual circumstances of your particular case.
