Pros
It is fantastic to see the new direction that the company is taking. There have also been some great managers and executives hired over the last couple of months that will bring a new vision and help the companies growth. Haier has changed quite a bit over the last year in many positive ways such as better customer service, commitment to well made products and bringing in employees who are excited to be part of Haier and will contribute to the overall success of the company.
Cons
Communication has been very good as has manager support. Sometimes getting an answer can take a little longer than it should but this is to be expected with new management and teams. Adrian Micu brings a fresh leadership style and will help make Haier a more prominent company in North Amercia. I have worked for multiple appliance companies and Haier is definately one of the better ones. Being very new to the company I can honestly say it has been a great environment to work in so far. If any cons come up, I will be sure to update.
