Everything. This company operates on the basis of lying and using dishonest policies of all sorts to its employees including blackmailing and threats of all sorts. To start with, the commission they charge you is one of the highest on the market which means that 40 % of your actual salary paid by the school will be taken by this company as a commission. Moreover, they try their best to sell themselves to you to make you tied up with a contract for as long as possible. The worst thing however, is the contract itself. After being pushed to extend my contract for another 6 months, I found out that I wasn't working for the school I'd previously worked for without even being given notice. As the company failed to provide me with a job that matches my profile and qualifications, I started looking for employment elsewhere. Once I informed Haida I was leaving, Haida refused to provide me with the necessary legal documents for a visa transfer unless I paid them a huge amount of money as a "penalty" fee. As a result, I had no choice but to leave China a lot earlier. I would really urge everyone to stay away from this company at all cost and never sign a contract with them as you would be literally robbed and lied about throughout the whole time!
