Little to no progression offered, micro managed by line manager and redundancies are regular so not much job security. They have bought quite a few companies and merged them which meant staff all seem to have different working hours, different holiday entitlement and pay which. Meaning people doing the exactly the same job were being payed different amounts as well as some getting target based bonuses where others didn’t.
