Friendly and knowledgeable, professional colleagues. Large and beautiful campus.
Cons
Management is very top down driven and autocratic. Support is superficial and first time lecturers are often dropped in with some very challenging students. Sink or swim. Tick-box and walking inspections culture aimed to catch you out. Blame culture. Technical skills of staff is not valued. Paper work takes precedence. Seminars are convoluted.
