Lots of support from coworkers and friendly atmosphere. Hard work is recognised and many staff have been there a long time which means they have great understanding of their jobs and keep things running smoothly. Lots of room for progression.

Senior management can be a little out of touch at times, but still lovely people

SLT are very proud of the school and support teacher development and wellbeing. Marking policies are helpful. Student Support is amazing.

High number of children with additional needs can contribute to more pressure in the classroom.
