Some decent people to work with, but they are few and far between
Cons
No matter who I talk to about how their day is going, I get an eye roll followed by complaints about the company. Nepotism is VERY apparent here as several groups of relatives (father-son-daughter, sisters) work along side each other, some actually supervising others. Favoritism is also at work, as some employees do not get spoken to about doing something wrong, when others will be disciplined in written form. Watch your back, because people will squeal on you. Your best to just keep to yourself and do your work until it’s time to go home.
