      Company was at the forefront of the big data movement Extremely strong technical team Founders had clear vision for Hadoop way ahead of their time Successful exit to Teradata

      Sales and engineering didn't understand one another very well and that created some friction

      No product vision No sales: will anyone ever buy the product? Product is immature Leadership does not communicate with the organization Office space is horrible. Noisy, dirty, smelly.
