Pros
Leadership truly cares and wants to do the right thing. Almost everyone is stretched and challenged and working on big things, which is great if your super agile and ambitious. Everyone is top talent so the bar is high. US Benefits are truly incredible, on the generous side of everything.
Cons
The work is meaningful and broad, so you're going to wear a lot of hats and be outside your comfort zone. Stay away if this isn't your jam. When we say global, we mean it....a few nights a week are necessary, although there is ample flexibility in working the hours that work for you. We operate in an industry that has endless disruption and evolution, so change here is constant. If change is scary to you, this might not be your place.
