      Pros

      Product idea was good; one co-founder is v technically involved in the engineering; some good brand name customers

      Cons

      The good people have got up and left. Cream of the crop in the India office has gone. Many in the US were let go. The CEO lies and makes all sorts of false promises to investors, customers and employees - in particular the really young engineers cheated in terms of equity share.

      Pros

      Harder and harder every day to find positives, unfortunately. Used to have a good work life balance, decent off-sites, great managers and co-workers. CEO is slowly but surely destroying the company culture and making it both a tedious and chaotic place to work.

      Cons

      RTO has cost the company a large amount of important and long standing employees, with no ability to replace them. US teams have been without EMs for 6 months - 1+ years, and are losing Product Managers as well.
