On lack of employee recognition, we have worked on a revised R&R program and we have introduced multiple layers of calibration; we surely have made good progress on that front ; the structure of work and responsibilities being unclear, we do suggest you bring this to the notice of your manager/HR and we will ensure that clarity is provided so as for you to have a goal-directed structured approach. Employee benefits, yes it is one of our priority areas and we are working towards making HE a great place to work for all ; office politics - it would really help if you could elaborate on it ; With our big ambitious goals laid out for the next few years, we admit that sometimes we can become too focused on execution of those goals. Having said that, we are making conscious efforts to give you all the support you need to achieve your targets ; also we have been transparent with the team on attrition and the reasons for the same ; we genuinely care about this company and hope this response has helped sort some of your concerns.
