Pros
- Amazing team members. People in the organization, including all leaders are approachable and very supportive. - High focus on having a transparent culture; Monthly All Hands done and all the concerns raised by employees are answered. All of us get together, new hires are introduced, strategic goals & company updates are shared - No office politics - Expectations with regards to aggressive targets and delivering high output is made clear from day 1 - Lots and lots to learn. There won't be a single day where in you would be sitting idle; you are always allowed to experiment and learn; Lots of opportunities for you to learn and grow; you get to wear many hats - With an open door policy, you can reach out to even the CEO/CTO at any given point of time to share your thoughts/concerns and they truly believe that success of HE is not attributed to the founders but to the entire team. - Young energetic crowd, fast paced work environment - HackerEarth in 2 words : Chaotic and fun
