Pros

Best place to work for a fresher. Even the top level management employees were easily approachable. During my internship, I could freely speak with CEO, CTO, VPs which I believe is rare in other organizations. Average age of the employees working at hackerearth is around 26-27. So you get to work with like-minded people. They are witnessing an immense growth and I wish the same to continue ahead!!!!!

Cons

In Hackerearth, for market research, they appoint a buddy to the new interns. Buddy is basically a person to whom interns can reach out to for any queries. They are the team leads for a small number of interns. There has to be some sort of selection criteria for that. The criteria should or rather must check the person's leadership qualities. Sometimes the team leads can cause a real nuisance. Their nonchalance towards giving insights to the interns leads to underperformance of the interns and in turn harms the organization. If the other team leads weren't so cooperative, it would've been difficult to survive in hackerearth. There has to be some sort of screening.

Pros

There is no cons working for this company. It's the worst experience anyone could ever have.

Cons

There are so many cons that it's difficult to list all of them. The CEO likes to roam around and tell others to do work. Absolutely has no skills. The CTO likes to roam around women, gives them stares and call them out regarding their relationship status in their monthly meetings called "All Hand" (which is again a huge waste of time) It's a poor experience overall and would not recommend it to anyone.
