      Pros

      I can't speak for the entire office, but these are my observations having worked in the Marketing Team. 1. Good opportunity to grow if you perform well and are willing to take up more responsibility. 2. Good amount of transparency. No office politics. 3. Freedom to experiment and try out new ideas. 4. The leadership team (including the founders) is quite approachable. 5. The business has very good potential to scale over the next few years.

      Cons

      1. HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, rewards and recognition, career progression etc) need to be better defined and implemented. 2. Too many meetings at times that hampers productivity.

      Thanks for giving us your feedback. We understand that there are some processes that we need to introduce. We are working on having a defined process in place for various HR initiatives. Also, rewards and recognition framework has been rolled out this quarter. Hopefully by next quarter, your concerns around HR processes would be sorted. Please feel free to share any other feedback.

      Pros

      There is no cons working for this company. It's the worst experience anyone could ever have.

      Cons

      There are so many cons that it's difficult to list all of them. The CEO likes to roam around and tell others to do work. Absolutely has no skills. The CTO likes to roam around women, gives them stares and call them out regarding their relationship status in their monthly meetings called "All Hand" (which is again a huge waste of time) It's a poor experience overall and would not recommend it to anyone.
