Pros
-Work culture is one amongst the best
- Lot of connect sessions for employees with CEO/CTO ensures that you are always heard
- CEO Sachin is a true inspiration to work with. He is just so graciously intelligent and compassionate even at the worst of business months. A true gem of a person- Personally and Professionally. CTO Vivek is very humble helper. He applied himself even on smallest of technical glitches and follows up till the time it is fixed.
- Pantry is always filled with best of snacks, juices, confectionaries, tea, coffee and what not. Company ensures that everyone feels at ease and at home.
- There is nothing that doesn't get celebrated here. Birthdays, Exits, Joining, Work Anniversaries, Festivals of all faiths, occasional pot lucks, team outings, team lunch, etc etc etc
- Appraisals are punctual without any delay. Its very data centered and leaves an employee with clear picture of what to expect.
Cons
- Sometimes the amenities provided to staff like foozball, TT, Sleeping bean bags etc are actually a distraction for employees
- Salary structure could be improved marginally. Not very bad though.
