      Pros

      Good work-life balance is possible with remote work Instructors are given a high degree of independence and self-reliance Reasonable benefits

      Cons

      Not a lot of emphasis/support for professional development in pedagogical or engineering skills for instructors. I wish there was more available for instructors coming from a pure engineering background to learn about pedagogy, and instructors coming from a teaching background to develop their technical skills.

      Pros

      As a student I excelled and enjoyed every minute of my bootcamp, the instructors were awesome and the cohorts are managed extremely well.

      Cons

      A LOT of information covered and ends up being much more than 40 hours a week in work and review.
