Pros
I've been working with Hack Partners from more or less the beginning now. As an independent freelancer it's a great company to be partnered with as it provides me with exciting and dynamic work and a chance to really test my skill set and develop as a designer. In addition to this, it's nice to feel part of a team rather than a one man band - and the team is constantly growing and evolving so I have made lots of good relationships, both professional and personal.
Cons
At first, the team was small (to be expected) so all of us had to be more flexible and do things outside of our job title. But as the business has evolved and continues to grow, the team that we are building means everyone is able to focus on what it is they do best.
