Poor pay and too much work - Anonymous employee Hachem Employee Review

I loved the formation, the stock, and my amazing colleague (I miss them). The custumers can be very up and down, lots of special personnality, but ultimately i was kind of fond of them.

The workload can be pretty massive, and the reward (monetary, verbally, in term of status) is very inexistant. There is no constance in procedures, incoming of stocks or leadership, so it can be a lot of insecurities for almost nothing in return.

The customers make all that is positive here... and it's not that much of a pro since most of them comes with larger than life artist ego and access to top brands ( wich you may do as a customer but are way better off at Omer desser.)

Complete lack of leadership, Camaraderie or structure. Ridiculous Compensation. Management as little to no regards for the well being of their employee. No employee only space in a huge Hangar. but the worst is the glorification of Penny-Pintching attitude toward all customer and employee alike . I wouldn't recommend this retail place to any of my friend even for mere survival.
