Pros

I joined Habuild as a User Support Manager on 17th March 2025, and it’s been a refreshing experience so far. The work culture is very supportive, and the leadership is genuinely focused on helping each team member grow. There’s a lot of scope for learning here, which makes it an exciting place to work. One of the best parts is how the environment here encourages a healthy routine. Since joining, I’ve started doing yoga regularly along with my wife and 4-year-old son. It’s something I never thought I’d do, and it’s made a big difference in my energy and mindset, Overall, I’d definitely recommend Habuild to anyone looking for a workplace that values both personal and professional development

Cons

If you like sleeping in, be careful! Habuild’s positive vibes and yoga could turn you into an early riser. Also, you might catch yourself fixing people’s posture at random moments! 😄

Pros

Exposure to multiple teams and functions Opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment Some supportive peers at the team level

Cons

Lack of structured onboarding and role clarity Inconsistent communication from leadership Limited access to tools, groups, and systems required to perform assigned responsibilities Performance expectations were not clearly communicated or reviewed in advance When I joined, onboarding was brief and did not include clear documentation of role expectations, workflows, or access to essential platforms and team communication groups. Despite proactively reaching out via formal email and follow-ups to request access and alignment, responses were delayed or absent. This made it challenging to fully understand deliverables or integrate smoothly into ongoing work. Performance-related discussions occurred without prior structured feedback or review cycles, which made expectations difficult to interpret. The organisation appears to be going through internal transitions, and clearer processes would significantly help new hires succeed. The owner had some serious issues with LGBTQ+ community.
