Pros
Habitissimo is my first experience in business world. I was given the opportunity to grow up, gain lots of knowledges and meet awesome people with great values. It has a start up philosophy with great values on their people: You can speak to everybody no matter their rank, the work schedule is semi flexible, it has a library and a formative programe available for everybody and it has a great office with cool rooms and stuff. TLDR; * Amazing people * Continuous trainings * Great office and extras * Communication
Cons
I left habitissimo mainly because of motivation decrease. I was on the same team quite a while, I couldn't change it and that made me took the decision.
