- Favouritism is very apparent. If you suck it up to the management then you will be safe. - Management has too much time on their hands that they micromanage the staff to the extreme - They trap you with a 3 months notice period and will offer you a very high salary with terms that you stay for at least a year - Top management creates stories in his head and lies all the time and use those stories to gossip around - Top managements labels everyone as bimbo and stupid very openly - Top managements uses vulgarities within the office and during meetings - Top managements spends lavishly on expensive restaurants giving customers as reasons but rejects staff small taxi and food claims when they do overtime - Top managements rules the bank like communists
