Pros

Working for yourself as an independent contractor. Making your own hours and being in control of the money that you make.

Cons

Was deceived to believe I would receive starting bonuses and great pay. Ended up not being paid for months of work, found out it was a pyramid scam.

Offered a great agent training program with fast cash to help out new agents. Lots of team building activities along with fun sales initiatives.

Cons

Time could be managed better around the office when it came to monthly meetings.

Pros

An innovating workplace. Always looking for ways to better our sales practices and tactics. Constantly training young and old sales reps to better themselves and make great money while doing it. Working on the inside, I love motivating our sales reps and helping them succeed in all aspects of our industry.

Cons

Sometimes communication lacks between departments, but that comes with the territory.
