      Pros

      None found, no training, expected to fix mistakes of previous staff whilst current staff are unaware of who they report to.

      Cons

      Underpaid for workload. Management haven't a clue what they're doing. Tell us they're increasing costs for customers but no pay rise for staff and our cost of living.

      Pros

      Best in class conveyor belting. There are some good people that drive the company forward.

      Cons

      Due to issues with upper management and the business there is a very pessimistic work culture. Inability to deliver product, pricing issues, customer service problems, etc all contribute. This makes a superior product fall short, due to the reputation.
