Pros
Overall friendly and collaborative teams across Europe. Very stable business - reliable long-term employer (“the company to retire at” as some employees joke). Interesting business to work in (especially if you are in management or commercial function) as the company serves all major manufacturing industries, from Automotive to F&B and Logistics.
Cons
Although company states “highest ethical standards” as one of its core values, it keeps operating in Russia, keeping paying taxes to support a terrorist state, and company owner and CEO do not see anything wrong with that. Company top management is quite conservative and does not address some of the long-persistent problems in a proper way. With an independent CEO and leadership team more focused on re-inventing company’s business model, it could develop much better.
