Pros
Great training, welcoming for "first time" estate agents, lots of offices and decent starting basic salaries. i would call a medium between poor independent agent and low level corporate.
Cons
Poor comms structure, ugly company cars, highest staff turnover in the industry, POOR comms structure, i repeat, poor. no stability from as low as negotiator up to area director level, very damaged brand.
