      Pros

      Some decent, big-name clients. Some pretty awesome projects. Social, fun-promoting environment. Cool office space. Talented colleagues. Great portfolio/resume builder.

      Cons

      Incompetent, uncaring, and abusive management. Lack of any work/life balance. Little opportunity for growth. Trend happy -- it's always about the latest buzz words. Lack of strategy. Lack of process. Not a very accessible, convenient location.

      Pros

      For a time, there were loads of wonderful people. But most of them have been laid off.

      Cons

      Ever since management coup-ed the former owners out of the company, it’s been a total mess. Terrible egos, treating employees like crap, an insane lack of leadership—it’s all boiled down to the agency losing most of its clients over the last few years (special shoutout to the CCO and former CSO {though they’ve since dumped her too}). Whatever gains were made over the agency’s 30+ years in business have been absolutely squandered.
