The people are truly fantastic and nice - it's a good culture. You will enjoy just being an employee, and working with very friendly and open colleagues. The opportunity to explore innovation is also vast, you can learn a great deal if you want to work hard and explore.

Sometimes lacking in direction and self-confidence as a company, not seizing the opportunity and pushing the considerable resources towards a clear goal
