The job is immensely easy and boring. If you're looking to collect paychecks, this is the place for you. There is no accountability and no punishments for lack of performance.
Cons
There is no accountability. Management is completely incompetent and inept. They stumble over themselves trying new projects to improve processes and make things better but just waste time and money. It is impossible to get support from anyone. Once you finish your part of a job it sits in everyone else's hands until it is cancelled all together. Expect jobs to take months and months of meetings where nothing changes. There is no space for upward mobility and a strong buddy system that means you have to be a friend to get anywhere. Most of management moved up fast a decade ago with no experience or training and are now sitting until they retire.
