      Great market, good long term prospects Decent owner Nice location

      Cons

      Management team variable, some excellent, certain senior managers highly toxic. Poor work/life balance. Relatively poor pay. Aggressive ‘boys’ club in certain departments.

      - Good paternity leave and pension contributions

      Cons

      - Everything runs on ancient processes and tech, management are not receptive to change - Senior team members are overworked and will not have time to help more junior team members - Knowledge hoarding is rife in many senior members of the team
