Abusive work place. Don’t do it - Design Consultant HW Home Employee Review

Any “design” job is actually just sales. Those of you who are creative don’t be fooled this is for business majors not designers. Management is stuck in the 90’s tech wise. Terribly organized with very little professionalism. The owner is the type of boss who believes in the stock over the carrot, and has never actually worked a day in his life. He transfers his lack of real world experience into rage against his employees. The other boss is just not present.
