Training promised is slow and often takes more than 6 months which means no moving forward in your job.. Clients mostly given to managers, so larger projects not given to design consultants, owner yells, swears and throws furniture in showroom, bad temper, not a true design job....you stand at a cash wrap and are treated like a cashier. Management asks co workers to spy on each other. What is promised in job description is not what becomes job reality
