Pros and cons vary per property. What I can say for the location I work for, may not be able to be said for another. This location has a great staff and great manager. Very family oriented and teamwork oriented. Everyone here basically looks out for each other and we all enjoy working with one another.

The company itself needs some serious restructuring. The financial downfall of the previous buyers has pretty much run the brand into the ground. I work here because I need a job, but growth potential is very limited and it is definitely not a job that I would recommend for someone needing full-time employment. The actual state of the hotels vary from location to location. You can never be certain what you're walking into. Several properties are in a state of serious disrepair and in need of renovation, and also are lacking in the amenities that guests would expect when staying at a hotel. Hopefully the new buyers (who were also previous buyers) will be able to remedy the situation with some expediency. In the meantime - the brand is suffering miserably, and the employees are as well.
