Management at the time I was working for them was great, they cared for the team and company culture even working though we all worked remotely.

No cons, although my job there was short term. I quit due to a better offer which they later laid me off. All good now.

Terrible bonuses (close to nothing) Will reap all benefits of your work and now reward you. Low pay Tiny raises Company just cares to sell and do anything to benefit that.
