Such unorganised management, giving us our rotas not even a week before so we can’t plan anything other than work and somtimes putting us on shifts then ringing up saying oh we don’t need got anymore even when you are already on ur way not giving 5min warning. Such male dominated and sexist place to work it’s always about commission and sales never ever about making the customers actually enjoy the experience it’s only about getting money and making people buy more and making us force people in a way. Horrible not relaxing at all. Somtimes on a 9hour shift we would get our breaks 2 hours in leaving 6hours left after coming off break, who want that? No one. I don’t need a break that early in.
