The entire company is a shambles - Toxic work environment - Overworked for minimum wage - Commission is a joke - Payroll service is the worst I've ever experienced; took them 4 months to get my pay correct - Holidays are pathetic - Management takes no consideration for your personal life when planning out a rota - The brand image attracts some of the worst customers the service industry can attract. You won't be allowed to stand up for yourself when they go too far but it's "bad customer service" A relationship between a company and its staff members is symbiotic, Boss takes advantage of this, by asking for a lot but giving very little back. I never once felt like the company actually cared about me or any of the other colleagues. Boss will give a fancy suit every 6 months but expect minimum wage and to serve customers that'll treat you like dog muck
