Pros
Chance to make new and great relationships with customers. Great discount as well.
Cons
WHOLE COMPANY AS A WHOLE. Company did a whole 180 about a year ago and has since proven to keep digging its way into the dirt. Pay used to be awesome until they did a drastic pay cut (about 40%). Management has relatively no experience and can move up in the company based off of how much you can kiss up to the higher ups. Not a great way to move up in a company in my opinion.
