Pros

Decent commission @ 6%. New bonus structure - if you meet stretch goals (2 tiers) as well as conversion goal & KPI then added bonus to paycheck. 60% off clothing discount & they supply you with uniforms & dry cleaning. Benefits are same as other places (dental, medical, vision)... 401k matching up to 4%

Cons

One of the lowest base pay (only $10) when you compare to other luxury brands start $16+ plus decent 4% commission... Store Management positions are a joke. They're incapable of utilizing the tools given by the company to succeed. Constantly changing their minds on how to operate (changes every other day in my store) & becomes frustrating & exhausting. GM doesn't understand her business or how to listen/consider other ideas to execute tasks at hand. Triple work happens because of lack of communication but could be avoided if GM was willing to work as a team. The monthly/yearly goals have been changed 5 times because GM doesn't know herself. Too much unnecessary busy work & redundant projects created by GM distracts from servicing customers & are quite pointless... Much turnover in higher corporate positions & well as in store because of poor working environment created by management. Absolutely zero development training for associates. There is really no room for advancement in this company since they're not interested in investing in their employees development.
