Management/executive team is a mess. Managers lacking leadership quality and people skills, only employed on basis of personal connection to executive team. Absolutely no room to grow in Canada. There are no jobs here, so unless you miraculously get summoned to New York head office, no chance of growth. No growth past store management level.
