      Most of the staff and first line managers are passionate about their service

      Cons

      The direction given by the board is non-existent. Certain board members operate and exist by creating a culture of fear and intimidation. I would not work for this company again and would advice anyone I know to stay away

      Pros

      It was the worst job ever.

      Cons

      The managers are dismissive of difficult calls and allow you a grand total of 5 minutes when you deal with a difficult caller. So many of the managers are rude and talk down on you. Worst job ever.
