Pros
Team, the employees are great. We work together well and I have made friends that I will have for life . Product, the Linde forklift is an unbelievable product. When customers really understand what they are buying it is an easy sale.
Cons
MANAGEMENT, the management seams very unorganized and not in touch with their employees or the market in general. Instead of listening to employees about how problems could be corrected they hired another level of higher management to try to correct issues. Training, there was none. I have been very successful as a sales person here but it was because I figured it out on my own with no help from management.
