None to my knowledge, office staff does not know what the employers are really wanting. Discriminates against misdemeanors and does not pull arrest records from creditable sources. County websites are one sided. Post no criminal backgrounds on your door so as to not waste my time or yours. Quit advertising on craigslist under employer names when this is a staffing company. Advertising falsely under employer names instead of who you actually work for

Does not know how to read applications fully. Applicant written in previous arrest history willing to discuss. They took that as a none disclosure/lying on application. Was not a lie, as stated willing to discuss. Read applications fully
