Pros

Free parking, Most lower and mid-level employees just want to do a good job,

Cons

Business strategy seems to be 'trick our customers into buying as much of our crap as we can' No interest in creating good products or improving customer satisfaction but then the company is run by accountants so what do you expect. New CEO says they are keen to promote internally before showing a slide with 4 new exec hires. None of those positions were advertised internally. No payrise for years, crap pension. Feel awful talking to customers because they have genuine issues which you know won't get fixed. So many people have left there's a huge lack of knowledge in the business. More people are leaving so can't see the company being able to pull out of its tailspin. Heard a few people say the new CEO is a bully and makes people feel crap.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to give us feedback. I am glad to see you find the free parking provided for staff and guest useful. We are very grateful to all our staff who just want to do a good job, without you all we will not be able to achieve our company goals, so thank you for the continued hard work. We recently completed a pulse survey and the results have provided great insights into some of the key areas for improvement you have highlighted. I hope you had the opportunity to attend one of this month's huddles where I shared our action plan on resolving some of the issues you have raised here namely reviewing our product strategy, upskilling our talent and creating development plans for everyone, reviewing and improving our current benefits offering, regular pulse surveys, regular time with leadership including monthly huddles and bi-weekly meetings with senior managers, & launching our performance review cycle. We value our internal talent however despite our best efforts we don't always get this right, & this and other issues can lead to turn over. As part of the HR strategy, I will be looking at how we can improve on this and tap into our internal talent so your point on this is noted and I will ensure this is taken into account as part of our talent strategy. Pros

The people are great! The people enable you to learn from them, even when the company doesn’t promote it as much. Although recently they have been pushing for more training which is good.

Cons

- Wayne Manor - Pension - Sales driven, customer always comes first even in dire situations. As soon as the customer threatens to leave, the situation becomes a priority and the teams are expected to just deal with it. - unrealistic deadlines, deadlines proposed by the dev teams aren’t taken into consideration by upper management and they are then surprised when things go bad.

Thanks for your feedback. I really think that the management team are aware of the underlying issues and are focusing on them. Hopefully, you attended the quarterly briefing and saw the evidence of that. If not, the slides are on the intranet and any of the management team would be happy to talk you through them.

Pros

You have engineer colleagues with good skills and knowledge, friendly environment in the offices, plentiful amenities

Cons

Only junior level work is available, no quality, just quantity. Management will never have your back. Upper management is disorganised and the company is totally directionless. Some upper managers are dishonest. The business model is supposed to be providing quality consultancy for first world companies for relatively cheaply, but the reality is that no customer wants consultants for quality projects, they do them internally. Company is competing with Indian consultant firms who work much cheaper.
