HTC gives you room to grow, as no-one takes real accountability for anything, you can make many workstreams as your own and build on your skill set through on-the-job experience. Mobile is a fascinating industry that moves at a blistering pace and being part of this is a great experience for anyone interested in working within a growth market.
Cons
No training nor appreciation of importance of personal development. Senior management makes erratic decisions that can jeopardise whole departmental plans and, in turn, product sales. Lack of long term planning and job security. Low pay scales compared to similar roles elsewhere.
