“Hopeless” - Business Operations Manager HTC Employee Review

the former CEO used 5yrs time destroyed 80% of this company. Every division in HTC is now dysfunctional. Current CEO and the management team in Taiwan are continuously destroying the rest 20% of the business in a very fast speed. There is no strategy, no process in place. Same mistakes happened over and over again. Massive redundancis is the only idea come out of top managers brain. It is such a shame that all the staff and shareholders can do nothing but watching their careers and hard-earned money being relentlessly ruined.
