Pros

Flexible work timings Hybrid(1 day in office), 4 for managers and might turn to 3 days for everyone. On time salary

Cons

No chairs for employees and workstation. Incompetent HR's Management is stupid and does not have any vison. Bullies in management and CPTO is one of them. Toxic work culture. People with no skills are heads. Only join if you don't have a job and not earning. If you have a low offer join there but don't spoil your life by joining here.

Pros

Pros: You’ll have the privilege of working with some of the least challenging minds around, which means your ideas will always sound groundbreaking — even when they’re not. No one will ever question your technical decisions, especially if they’re weak. It’s a fantastic confidence booster. Management is extremely caring — so caring that they constantly introduce new processes, tools, and experiments to ensure your life never becomes boring or predictable. You’ll enjoy a dynamic environment where stability is avoided at all costs, keeping you permanently alert and engaged. And most importantly, don’t be too good — if you stand out, you might just get fired or laid off.

Cons

Cons: No cons as such. If you really insist, please refer to the pros.
